What does a Receptionist at Kings Creek do?

• Arrive on time and dressed in the appropriate uniform, maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
• Answer phone calls for the club with a bright, cheerful, and upbeat greeting.
• Know table numbers and the layout of the restaurant floor, and utilize the online reservation system.
• Have an understanding of all events happening at the club, and be a knowledgeable resource to answer or direct questions that members may have.
• Take reservations and organize bookings so that appropriate seating arrangements can be made and members can be assigned to the tables they choose.
• Change, update, and stock menus daily at the host area.
• Interact with members as they enter and leave the facilities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty.

• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Must be able to stand or sit in one place for long periods of time.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with members and other team members.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Work required standing and walking for prolonged period of time on a primarily level surface, though occasionally slippery floor.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and occasionally lift or move 10-50 lbs.
• Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
