Wellness Assistant

Join our team at Kings Creek Country Club as the Wellness Assistant! We are seeking a person who is passionate for wellness, fitness, and racquet sports, and someone willing to assist in the operations of our Wellness Facility alongside our Director of Wellness and Racquet Sports.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as general receptionist at the club's Wellness Center by answering phones, assisting with reservations, checking voicemails, and returning calls.
• Engage with members as they enter the Wellness Facility, greeting them and holding conversations.
• Check in members via the club's computer system upon their arrival for fitness classes.
• Assist Director of Wellness with maintaining Tennis and Pickleball courts and sweeping courts for play.
• Issue and/or replace key fobs to new members using the Gym.
• Arrive to work on time and dressed in appropriate uniform, maintaining a neat and clean appearance that follow's our Wellness Center dress code.
• Willingness to assist Director of Wellness with other tasks upon request.

What we're looking for:

• Availability to work week days from 2pm - 7pm and weekend days from 6am - 2pm.
• 2 or more years with administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Comprehensive computer skills required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment.
• Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions.
